I later discovered four additional monthly charges of USD 14.40 each. I did not use the paid features during those four renewal periods. I cancelled automatic renewal on 9 October 2026 and asked Lark to refund the four renewals, totaling USD 57.60. I am not seeking a refund for the first month. Support refused, citing its customer terms and saying purchasers must accept those terms. It also supplied an example checkout screenshot, but I do not believe that establishes the purchase flow I saw on my personal account. I have no screenshot of my original checkout. My complaint is that continuing renewal was not clear to me when I purchased, and the response did not resolve that concern. I have requested the original checkout and consent records and a supervisor review. The disputed charges all occurred before I cancelled. Lark is completely useless and does not work. There is no way to cancel your membership on the app. Then when you send them an email saying that you would like to cancel the membership, you get no reply. Then they keep sending you invoices, so you keep replying to the emails - they have 3 addresses in them to reply too, saying you cancelled the membership and copy pasting in the original cancellation. They don't reply, and just keep sending invoices. Now they send a breach of contract notice. What a joke. I'm guessing these are all just automated emails that no one checks. Terrible customer service and approach.
