Problem 1: no one - even at the hardware store knew how to attach it. Calls to the company always resulted in "someone will call you back in 48 hours". That seldom happened. They told me to go to You Tube and search for a video. The video showed me that I had not received all the pieces AND that this item DOES NOT attach to your garden hose. You must buy a thin plastic tube and connect THAT to your water source and the contraption they sold me. NOWHERE was this 'little fact' ever mentioned. After calling the company for 2 1/2 months I turned to Paypal and they took care of it. SCAMS are everywhere, USE CAUTION when ordering something on line! ### ★☆☆☆☆ Horrible customer service - Linda · 2026-07-10 Horrible customer service. Took over a month after ordered to receive. Then it arrived without connectors. I contacted them multiple times through multiple methods with no response. I have filed a pay pal complaint ### ★☆☆☆☆ DO NOT BUY - Tiffany Debish · 2026-06-22 Product finally arrived. They charged more than my original description. Product was not as described. Cheap plastic, does not hook to any hose. Cannot get any response from customer service!! Listed phone number is not in service and their email never responds. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM! ### ★☆☆☆☆ Terrible - Robin Wolaner · 2026-06-19 UPDATE: received the item July 7. Piece of junk that is not as described so I’m leaving my review. Never shipped my order. Never responded to my queries. And sadly I used ApplePay - if I’d used my credit card I could have disputed the charge. ### ★☆☆☆☆ Stop! Don’t buy! Scam! - Rita Childers · 2026-06-19 Do not buy these they don’t work. I contacted customer service to return 2 times. No response at all, this is a scam!!!! Very dissatisfied! I hope I can stop there from buying!! Waste of money! It took almost a month to receive the item. ### ★☆☆☆☆ It's suppose to be Large Heavy-Duty… - Reza Staltz · 2026-06-16 It's suppose to be Large Heavy-Duty Thick Plastic Clear Storage containers. They are not even small heavy duty plastic containers and when I open them they are all torn and nowhere on their profile is a contact phone number or any form of complaints. The price that got asked $85.98 USD but I could if bought better bags in Australia for lot less! ### ★☆☆☆☆ Do not waste your money - Jessica French · 2026-06-04 Do not waste your money! Entire product is cheap plastic, including the “brass” parts. The “universal tap connector” does not fit on any of the 4 different hoses we have. ### ★★☆☆☆ Sent me the wrong items - customer · 2026-06-03 Sent me the wrong items. Slow shipping and I try to contact Customer Service twice and never received a reply. Scammers ### ★☆☆☆☆ The infomercial ISSS SOOOO INSULTING… - Brenda Patterson · 2026-05-27 The infomercial ISSS SOOOO INSULTING that I wanted to file a complaint 😡😡😡 ### ★☆☆☆☆ Placed an order for a power washer… - Lynne B · 2026-05-24 Placed an order for a power washer price quoted did not specify Australian dollars, at check out it stated US dollars so I ended up paying double the cost, then shipping and handling charge added. Paid through PayPal so exchange rate was added. I received confirmation of my order with order number on May 11 26. Advice that it was despatched and nothing since. I keep receiving emails requesting that I complete the cart! I have sent numerous to Larnto but no reply. Not impressed and will not be ordering from them again ### ★☆☆☆☆ It said it sent package and I never… - Loretta · 2026-05-23 It said it sent package and I never received. I can’t get ahold of them. They are a scam. ### ★☆☆☆☆ Total scam - Michael Harlan · 2026-05-20 Total scam. They have a fake badge on their site which claims a TrustPilot score of “4.9 Excellent”, which is of course a lie. They also claim to be from New York, NY, which is also a lie - they are from Hong Kong. ### ★★☆☆☆ Not What They Look Like. - Joan Seymour · 2026-05-14 I ordered some large plastic zip-up storage containers. I expected the shipping cost to Australia. I expected the currency rate to change the total cost. I did not expect to have paid the tip which was requested ( but which I saw no reason to pay and therefore had not ticked the box). The receipt was issued quickly, for two items - one of them being a $12 tip. (That’s actually an unnecessary surcharge - with tips, the customer has choices about it, including whether to pay it and how much). I will be interested to see the storage containers - if the ever arrive. If they do, I’ll be back to tell you about them! The zip-up storage containers arrived about six weeks after I ordered them. They are flat-packed plastic. When I unfolded one, I found they were much smaller than they appeared in the video which seems to have been produced via AI. They are suitable for storing smaller items like 3-4 sweaters, a collection of scarves, handkerchieves or socks, perhaps papers and stationery. The plastic is clear, so that you can see what you have stored there. But you can’t store blankets, quilts or pillows - these containers are much too small. And the plastic is not rigid, but soft, so stacking may be problematic. Take-away. Don’t trust your eyes. Look for written facts about size and dimensions. If they aren’t there, don’t order. ### ★☆☆☆☆ Not a real company - Z. Edgar Hoover · 2026-05-13 Not a real company. Phone number on file is not in service; Citi flagged transaction as fraudulent as it shows up as "COMPUTER NETWORKING SERVICES" in Hong Kong and the purchase showed as "manually entered", which of course it was not. Card blocked and reissued. --- - 全部评价与筛选: https://ok.one/review/larnto.com - JSON 接口: https://ok.one/api/companies/larnto.com - 评分口径与数据来源: https://ok.one/methodology/
