Hey Mark, based on the emails with our customer service, you clearly ordered the wrong product and asked us to return it, we did approve your return and we pre paid for your return shipping. Even though it was a mistake on your end.

Hi Tina, you've ordered our newest product the "Mouth Spray". You've placed the order during our "Pre-Order". Before purchasing, our website states that this item will begin shipping out March 18th. We have emailed you back and we will start shipping your order by end of this week once we have them in stock. You will receive a follow up email with all the shipping and tracking information. Thanks!
Hi Kailee, all orders are sent out within 1-2 business days along with a USPS tracking number and insurance. You've emailed us regarding this issue and we've replied back but you took over 10 days to answer us back so we can help you locate your order. We also sent you a new replacement order with a new tracking number after you've reached out to us. This is your 3rd order with us, accidents do happen and sometimes packages are lost in the mail which is out of our control. Nonetheless, we will always refund your order or send out a replacement. Thanks
