These functions allow accomplishing work and rendering payment within the documented history of Latium platform. We highly advise maintaining all communications and payments within the Latium platform workflow. Verification is only required to apply or bid on projects which employers have chosen to set to verified only. While it is solely at the discretion of the individual employers, there are also several projects that are not set to verified only available at this time. Additionally we've recently released services allowing for users to offer services for purchase by employers directly for an additional method of advertising available services and packages. If you've submitted a bid you'll have to wait for employers to review and choose to accept or reject your bids. Its important to note, verification is no guarantee of receiving a project, as all applications are reviewed by employers. Many times you are bidding against thousands of other freelancers, so the employers might not always respond to your bid specifically.
