We understand how frustrating it is to not get clear support, and we want to make this right. We’re thrilled to hear our makeup works well for sensitive skin and mature skin types. We know the exchange process and shipping fees can be inconvenient. We're constantly working to improve our customer service, including our chat support and website functionality.
