The sign was said to be shipped, I kept asking for a tracking number. No response and was told not to worry it will arrive on time. Now it’s 3 days before the event and they messaged me and said there was an error and the courier picked it up and sent to the wrong address so they will have to remake it, leaving me no time to even get anything made locally. My order came out perfect this time around my experience with LC sign has been nothing but a horrible experience. I’ve been dealing with a lady named Kelly. Communication is far from normal for every 10 emails I would send I would get one back days later. The phone number that is listed does not work. What’s up app messaging they do not reply. Sometimes it’s just worth paying the extra money to actually talk to somebody about your order. This is my LAST time purchasing from these guys. P.S I manage our state Fair grounds and was planning on using this company to order over a 100 signs from this place. Upon receiving the first shipment, we had technical questions regarding the installation. Despite multiple follow-ups, it took over a week to receive a reply. Furthermore, the acrylic signs arrived with significant manufacturing defects: the pre-drilled holes were misaligned and not level, forcing us to improvise on-site at our own expense. To ensure consistency in color accuracy and material quality across our branding, we deliberately placed a reorder with the same company. Although we were explicitly assured prior to our initial order that small-batch reorders were possible, this commitment was retracted when we submitted the request. We were forced to engage in unnecessary disputes just to get a single replacement plate processed. When the plate finally arrived, the artwork was printed on the wrong side. Upon notifying the vendor, we encountered an unprecedented level of customer service: rather than taking ownership of the mistake, they claimed the second order was correct and that our entire original order was wrong.
