Per company policy, cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. The easiest way to do this is by emailing support@pplsi.com with your name, membership number, phone number, and a request to cancel your membership.
For annual memberships, cancellation is available at any time after the initial 12-month term. If your membership was obtained through your employer, we also recommend notifying your Human Resources department to ensure the cancellation is fully processed.
