Was shipped to my address but mail carrier could find the house so sent order back to company. Company says they wouldn't offer refund or try to resend unless I paid another 20.00 dollars for re-shipping just for it two happen again . No phone number for the company. Won't be doing business with them anymore. Horrible customer service
Still haven't received my package it's been 2 weeks
The contacts I purchased from you dont stay in my eye. The contact moves, so I cant wear them because if I do I wont be able to see. Thanks for nothing!!
they were very nice
Really love the colors I've chosen for myself and easy to Wear.
Amazing products! Can't recommend enough!
I thought u were supposed to be able to see out of these?? U absolutely cannot..don't understand...
100% a scam. These say shipped from US but clearly the tracking came from China. Never received my order and no one is replying to my emails.
Never got my order and no one is replying. This is a scam don’t buy from here.
Extatically what I hoped for. Received before Halloween!
I would not buy this product again this gave me pink eye
I’ve sent 2 emails. Both pairs of the green contacts are true to color, however the ocean green does not fit right when I place them on my eye. It looks as though I’m looking down when the other eye is looking straight ahead. They weren’t made correctly . The honey brown irritates my eyes when I put them on because they constantly move on my eye. I’m not happy about this so I would like a replacement for them . Plus for some reason, they are a different brand than the other 2 pairs I purchased. I would like to get this resolved ASAP . I’m notifying the better business bureau regarding this matter. Your ripping people off and there is absolutely no communication!!!!! Why haven’t I received a response to my feedback? If this is how you treat the consumer then I will make future purchases with another company
3 pairs of the contacts were not able to be used because of some type of tear or imperfection. The ones that were usable are great if ordered 9 pairs
It was terrible. Lense was way too small and the packaging was messed up they literally dried over night even with solution. I had to throw them away. 😡
Shipping wasn’t slow, and I have zero issues with the lens.
One worked it wasn’t black enough to cover my blues
