The proof we emailed you stated our current turn times were 5-7 business days. We also emailed you the tracking info. Have you tracked the shipment? It shows to have been delayed by UPS. We are very sorry about this, but we cannot control UPS or their deliveries. We did what we said we were going to do, please consider re-evaluating this review.
