If you can avoid servicing your Leybold pump with Leybold then do so. It is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. They do not understand any business needs and operate on a very slow turnaround and then inform you that they made a mistake and it will cost your business more and will take them longer to fix with no real benefit to you.

This is for the U.K. and Germany team not for India but am struggling to make myself heard in Europe.

As far as I know, Leybold (which is now joining Atlas Copco AB group and is returning to its original name from formerly known as Oerlikon Leybold) is one of the best vacuum pump products in the world.
