Hello Mark, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We’re sorry for how frustrating this situation has felt and appreciate the opportunity to help bring some clarity. When you contacted us on December 29th, we reviewed the tracking with you and issued a full refund for that order. We’ve taken another look at your account, and it shows that you logged in and chose to skip your upcoming shipments in January and again in February, which were successfully applied. In March, a billing reminder was also sent 3 days prior to the order processing, and the subscription was still active at that time, which is why the order was fulfilled. A refund has since been issued for that March order as well. We also made an attempt to reach you by phone to connect directly, but weren’t able to get through. Your subscription has been fully canceled, and no further orders or charges will be processed. We always aim to make subscriptions as clear and easy to manage as possible by communicating billing reminders in advance and allowing flexibility to skip, reschedule, or cancel at any time.
