We’re so grateful for your feedback & hope to work with you again soon. (2026-07-31): Thank you so much for your order & review of LifesmartOutlet.com! We’re delighted to have you as our customer & glad everything’s working out great! Our team has the best specialists for Lifesmart spas available! (2026-07-31): Thank you for taking the time to leave a review on LifesmartOutlet.com. Feel free to give our team a call if you have questions or want to learn about your spa. We can provide all of the documentation you need and coach on use and setup of the spa! We’re so grateful for your feedback & hope to work with you again soon. (2026-07-31): Thank you for taking the time to leave a review on LifesmartOutlet.com. The past couple of months created an unexpected issue with orders that delayed our incoming truckloads from the manufacturer. We had a handful of orders that were delayed because of the production issues, and we worked to communicate delays and options. It sounds like the alternative color worked, though I am sorry we were not able to fulfill the original color in a timely fashion. We appreciate your patience and cooperation, and we will be here to assist as you learn about your new spa! (2026-07-31): Thank you for taking the time to leave a review on LifesmartOutlet.com. I fully understand the pricing feels excessive. it costs more to ship the overlays than the actual cost of the product, which is why we ship you two (2) overlays. That way you have a spare and don't have to pay for shipping again. It is simply not reasonable for what it is for a single overlay, so we do our best to make the value greater. We’re so grateful for your feedback & hope to work with you again soon. (2026-07-31): Thank you for taking the time to leave a review on LifesmartOutlet.com! We’re so grateful for your feedback & hope to work with you again soon. (2026-07-10): I am sorry that shipping is not immediate. The expected ship time is listed on all product pages, so you know what to expect before you order. However, I do expect we will usually be better than the estimated time. The part will ship as soon as possible, and tracking will be provided as soon as we have it! Thanks, The LifesmartOutlet.com Team ### ★★★☆☆ 发货延误！ (2026-07-10): I am sorry that shipping is not immediate. The expected ship time is listed on all product pages, so you know what to expect before you order. However, I do expect we will usually be better than the estimated time. (2026-07-10): Thank you for taking the time to leave a review on LifesmartOutlet.com! (2026-07-10): Thank you so much for your order & review of LifesmartOutlet.com! We’re delighted to have you as our customer & glad everything’s working out great! The carrier experience can be tricky, because every local station and every driver are extremely different. Most often, the carrier does a great job, but I hate to hear about those exceptions that make the experience difficult! (2026-07-02): Thank you for taking the time to leave a review on LifesmartOutlet.com! Each order has an expected time to ship on the product page. Once the product ships, we will send you the tracking information. Once your local station has the spa and is ready for delivery, they will contact you to schedule the delivery appointment. Your order should be at your local station in a week or so!
