Took a month for them to "deliver" my order--except it wasn't delivered. Then followed a week or so of emails where I got various boilerplate excuses and suggestions. Ex: at one point after a few emails telling me the order has been delivered and I should ask the post office about it, check my shrubbery and ask my neighbors etc.. I then got an email saying that the shipment was held up by customs because of tariff issues. Finally I was told it was my problem because the shipper said it was delivered. When I inquired I was given a second tracking # from a different tracking company which showed shipped from Shenzhen, China via JFK and Atlanta. When I checked and told them info was wrong, they blamed the delay on tariffs, but the tracking showed it had got passed Customs BEFORE tariffs were imposed. And now both tracking numbers miraculously show item delivered at the exact same time April 15, (prior to the inquiry when they said they were looking into it😵‍💫). Their ads say their merchandise is made in and shipped from the US, and that orders ship within a few (I think 2 or 3) days. I began receiving updates—one package was being shipped from China and the other from Spain. Those packages were bouncing around the world. I got an email that the packages had been delivered (not true). They told me to check with the post office, who told me the tracking number was not a valid number. They stated in their email to me: "As we checked, your order is on its way to you normally. The system might have some delay these days. Yours sincerely, Customer Service Team" The status is showing that the shirts were sent to the United States (where I live) weeks ago and then for some inexplicable reason were sent to China. Their tracking service shows that it was delivered to Delaware, my address is Washington State. The company keeps giving me ridiculous responses, i.e check with my neighbors. 🤣 I have asked them to refund my purchase. So far after more than a month since my order no shirt, delivery notice to an address thousands of miles from the order address, customer service unwilling to remedy. I can only conclude they are a scam and any 5-star reviews you see are fake. How disappointing. Out $37 or so. I am now 20 days out and have contacted them multiple times. I received emails back with tracking info coming directly from China with a growing number of entries in the tracking info but with no projection of when I will actually receive the order. I asked for a cancellation with refund and they won't do that either saying "It's in transit. Please wait for the order." Will I ever get the order I have no idea. They are scammers-do not give them your money. I ordered some shirts 3 weeks ago, and my order is still sitting in Spain, according to them. I will be leaving the address where it is being shipped in one week and it looks like my order will not arrive by then. When I ordered this, they had a delivery date of 10 days. When I complain of this, they just reply with a tracking number and tell me it is in transit. This company is obviously somewhere in Spain. I am so sorry I ordered the t-shirt and that the company runs this scam. I am already disputing the charges with my credit card company.
