We completely understand how important it was for your order to arrive earlier on Mother’s Day, especially since you placed it well in advance. While we’re glad the flowers were beautiful, we know that timely delivery is a key part of the experience. Mother’s Day is one of the busiest times of the year for us, and while we made every effort to deliver all orders on time, the high volume did cause some delays. Your order was delivered at 7:45 PM, and we sincerely regret that this was later than you expected. We also apologize if our customer service team didn’t provide the level of support you deserved.
