商家自述

Lion City Air Conditioner Services is an aircon servicing and installation company based in Serangoon, serving all of Singapore since 2016. We have completed more than 22,000 jobs across HDB flats, condos, landed homes, shops and offices, with seven full time teams on the road handling 30+ jobs every day.Our services cover general servicing, chemical wash, chemical overhaul, gas top up, repairs and new installations for all major brands, including Mitsubishi Electric, Daikin and Panasonic. Our prices are published openly on our website, and every new aircon system in our online shop is listed with one transparent installed price. No surprises at the door, ever. What customers mention most across our 1,700+ Google reviews is how we work: teams that arrive on time, explain the problem before touching anything, and give honest advice even when that means recommending against a job we would have been paid for. Many reviews name our technicians personally, which tells you everything about the people we send to your home.We are BizSafe 3 certified, WhatsApp first for fast responses, and can often arrange same day appointments across the island. Ask us anything about your aircon at +65 8818 5781 and you will get a straight answer.

Honest and reliable

I was introduced by my friend to try out their aircon cleaning service. And all I can say was I’m very impressed and satisfied.Their prices were affordable and their cleaning service was excellent. Hossain was honest as I had 6 aircon units which 2 of it hardly on and he told me actually it’s quite clean and no need to service it. He explain very detailed how and what they do . Very patient and knowledgeable people. I would highly recommend their services to my friends and family. Thumb up 👍🏻

Very shocked to see positive reviews

Very shocked to see positive reviews. This company have no idea how to run a business. They are late, never show up to appointments, when they do they do not have the correct tools. They are diabolical and that is diplomatic. Avoid at all costs.

It's a shame you feel that way because we've been servicing the aircons in that house for 1-2 years and you never had any complains. On the other hand you did delay our payments 3-4 months everytime so this round we gave you a taste of your own medicine. Let you wait for the aircon to be repaired. That way you'd understand what it feels like. Karma is b isn't it?

The best I have found

I’ve been in Singapore 14 years and For the last 6 or 7 years I’ve been using Lion City. I had used a few different firms in the past and had not found a firm that offered a service level like these guys. They clean properly, even with a tooth brush! Are reliable, have even explained to the land lord about issues with some of the units before. Never had an issue with these guys. Highly recommend them!
