I had a not so good experience with this site but I’m not giving 1 star because they atleast kept their word and refunded me. Some items are out of stock but you don’t know till you pay and are told to wait for items to replenish.
All good in the end. Asked for a 12 month subscription but was sent four 3 months subscription! So had to put all four codes in separately! Time wasted!
Very good price and service re delivery - but not 5 stars as 6 month pass delivered as 2 x 3 months and codes have to be used within 78 days so have to remember to use the second one in less than 3 months time…
Difficult to act. I have in the past bought several codes for xbox live or the office suite, and have not had any problems. But now that they have removed the ability to pay by credit card, things have gone completely wrong. Bought a code, and now had to use online banking, to pay for the item. It also went well, but do not get sent the confirmation email that I would otherwise have. Trying to call customer service, on the Danish number they give, but it does not work. Get them on the chat and we'll get a fix and I'm getting my code. But am not sure I will shop at Livekort anymore, it does not work very well

First time I have used this company and got a good deal on game pass ultimate for 12 months. It came as 4 x 3 month codes. Quick delivery and the codes worked straight away. Had a minor issue with payment, as I was not sure if it had gone through which is why a dropped a star. Quick chat feature worked well when I raised the issue. Would definitely use this site again.
Initially fine, but in case of later issues, there is no help.
Bought a key for a version of Microsoft Office pro 5 user a couple of years ago.
The process of buying, recieving code, and installing the program went without any problems. faster and easier than I expected.
However:
some time later my key didn't work, and i thought nothing of it, since my primary PC was still running the program fine.
When I try to install office now, Microsoft has blocked the key.
I try to get in touch with the Livekort support, who suggests contacting Microsoft support.
Contacting MS support the next day - who claims that it is an illegal copy of Office, and says that whoever I bought it from could help me get a functioning key.
Coming back to Livekort support with this information from Microsoft, they say that there is no longer warranty, and therefore they cannot help me any further (since my purchase was a couple of years ago- they informed me earlier in the support-chat, that they provide a 3 month warranty).
I understand that in a modern, digital society it can be difficult to provide 100% guarantees for several years, but I am still disappointed that there was no effort to try and help resolve the issue, or maybe offer another version at a discount!
Well, the keys are cheap already, I am aware.
Still I am left with a feeling of being left stranded.
I am off to buy some other version of Office - I have wasted so much time trying to get my existing version to work.

Repeated payments 2-3 times with Mastercard + bank security authentication. Payment got 'stuck' after confirmation without a clear indication should I repeat or not? One payment per product got cleared in the end.
