Hello and I'm sorry to hear about your negative shipping experience with us. The product you ordered is only shipped from certain warehouses and we mention this on the product page for these products. Usually, these are shipped from our Philadelphia warehouse to you but since one of the products you ordered was out of stock in that warehouse, these were shipped from Nevada. This caused the longer than usual ship time. I do apologize for that and I hope we can deliver better with your next order. Hi Jovita. I'm not sure which order you are referring to that took us 2 weeks to notify you. I see an order in March that you placed on the 26th where the product was out of stock. I then see notes in our system that we sent you an out of stock email the following day. For your most recent order, you placed it on July 3rd which is considered a national holiday this year due to the 4th falling on a Saturday. All warehouses and shipping companies were closed.
