I usually order during daytime US hours and direct communications and fulfillment usually happen my evenings and night which correspond to daytime hours in Singapore, which makes sense. Very happy with this service and their communication quality. ### ★★★★★ Serious and reliable company - Martino · 2026-02-06 · 已验证 excellent assistance and very short delivery times ### ★☆☆☆☆ I strongly suspect that Loadcourse is… - Better Together · 2026-01-29 I strongly suspect that Loadcourse is simply a rebranded version of the former Luna-Course website. The owner previously sold lifetime memberships, and I paid approximately $400 for access to multiple courses. I only received part of what was promised, and despite repeated attempts, I have received no response regarding the remaining content. Based on my experience, this amounts to the owner stealing $400 from me. I strongly advise others to be cautious!!! > 商家回复 (2026-02-01): This review is not based on actual experience at all; everything you say is a lie. ### ★★★★★ Have purchased these courses several… - Al Hogan · 2026-01-19 · 已验证 Have purchased these courses several times. Great course andcI got it fast 😊 ### ★☆☆☆☆ NOT THE FULL COURSE! Rip off - Tahni Cullen · 2025-10-16 The course I paid for in its original form is supposed to have 18+ hours of online lectures and study guides to follow along with it. All I received was PDF files with the study guides and they are worthless without the actual course. I have reached out to customer service now FOUR TIMES thus far and with absolutely no reply. I worried that this was a bogus site but thought the reviews were reassuring. Well, I got took! It’s not as it seems. ### ★★★★★ Very good - Sondra · 2025-10-15 · 已验证 Very good, would recommend for sure ### ★★★★★ Can be trusted - PV · 2025-10-12 · 已验证 This firm is trustworthy.
