The customer service team is messy or I should say they purposely using a arrogant attitude to ignore my questions. At the beginning, I did mention there are 2 problems about the order, the tax refund and the delivery damage, for the tax refund, they just fooling around said that I've been apply for twice this month and I am no longer entitle to apply again, but the truth is this order is my first one overseas online shopping of 2020.
