For the best results, we suggest using our tools: Edit Data, Edit Timeline, Style Pane, and Refresh Data (for imports). I’d like to clarify a few points regarding the Lite plan and how it differs from the Free plan: 1. Transparency on plan features: On our purchase page (Buy PowerPoint Add-In section), if you scroll down, there’s a comparison chart outlining all plan differences. Free vs. Lite plan: The Free plan includes all Expert features but with two key limitations: a maximum of 10 tasks/milestones per timeline and no import options. The Lite plan is our entry-level paid plan, providing basic features with 2 swimlanes per timeline, no dependencies, and no triple timeband. This is why a timeline edited in Free can sometimes appear more flexible than in Lite. 3. Options to continue your work: You can deactivate the Lite license via PowerPoint (Office Timeline ribbon → Help → Deactivate Machine) to return to the Free plan and continue editing your file. If Lite doesn’t meet your needs, you can upgrade to Plus or Expert by paying only the difference. We noticed you’ve already upgraded to Plus, which unlocks dependencies, multiple swimlanes & sub-swimlanes, and other advanced features. 4.
