LuckXpress Casino

Hi Caroline, Great customer service and a strong game selection are two things we care a lot about, so it’s wonderful to hear both stood out to you. We really appreciate you sharing your experience. We’d love for you to introduce LuckXpress to others and let them experience it as well. Best of luck on your next spins! 🍀 — The LuckXpress Team

Hi Mark, We’re sorry the free-play redemption policy has left you disappointed. Redemption limits on winnings derived from free play are part of our published Sweeps Rules and apply regardless of subsequent purchases. We understand that this may not be the right fit for every player, which is why we encourage everyone to review the Sweeps Rules before participating. We also want to address your concern regarding other reviews. LuckXpress does not create or control the reviews customers choose to leave about their experiences on Trustpilot. We appreciate you sharing your feedback. If you have any questions about how the free-play redemption rules apply to your account, our support team would be happy to clarify them with you directly. — The LuckXpress Team

Hi Christina, We're sorry to hear you're frustrated with your experience. The redemption limit referenced in your message is a standard condition that applies to winnings derived from free play and is outlined in our Sweeps Rules. Because account-specific details and support correspondence are best handled privately, we won't discuss the specifics of your account in a public forum. If you believe something was applied incorrectly or you have questions about the redemption process, please reach out to our support team and we'll be happy to review the matter with you directly. — The LuckXpress Team
