美丽的艺术品，不幸的是与非常糟糕的框架工艺搭配。 
我们从 Lumas 那里买了一幅美丽的画作，并支付了他们的装框服务费用，假设专业画廊知道如何正确固定这件沉重的艺术品。
一年后，我们发现艺术品只是简单地粘在框架上，没有任何额外的机械紧固。胶水失效了，画从画框上滑落，从墙上掉下来，摔在地板上。
框架仍然悬挂着。下面的一切都被摧毁了。  
如果您热爱艺术，请购买这幅画并自己装框。 
如果你想在某个随机的星期二毁掉你一半的客厅，那就付钱给 Lumas 买一个昂贵的框架。

一位负责英国客户服务的巴黎男性代表在英国提供的客户服务不专业、令人失望且粗鲁。 

我于 2 月 5 日从 LUMAS UK 订购了一份印刷品，并将其运送到我在英国的地址。这张照片似乎是从 Whitewall Media 德国运往 Avenso 英国（我只能假设这是 Avenso 在抵达英国后转发给我的），而我的电子邮件被错误地添加到随附的海关文件中。 

联邦快递开始通过我的电子邮件索取各种文件等。由于包裹不是直接寄给我的，我拨打了 LUMAS 客户服务部的英国号码，请求他们帮助与 Fedex 或 Whitewall Media（托运人）解决这个问题，是巴黎接听了英国的电话。在打电话确认他们会取消订单并为我重新订购后，我随后收到了来自巴黎的相关客户服务代表的一封电子邮件，驳回了这个问题，并表示这基本上是我的问题，我应该自己与联邦快递解决。 

雪上加霜的是，他说，只有当我对印刷品本身的质量有疑问或者我没有收到货时，我才应该再次联系他。这么高端的机构，服务多么不专业啊！我很感激这是一个小订单（值得庆幸的是），但多年来我从 LUMAS 购买了相当多的较大且昂贵的印刷品，主要在瑞士，但也在英国（没有任何海关问题），作为多年来在 LUMAS 进行了大量投资的忠实客户，我对这位客户服务代表现在对待我的方式感到非常震惊和失望。我只能假设这种待遇源于这样一个事实：尽管从英国网站购买到英国的送货地址，但可能需要支付额外的海关费用？我尝试联系 Whitewall Media，但海关表格上的电子邮件地址无效。

在之前从 LUMAS 发货期间，我从未遇到过任何海关和进口问题。
