For the price, this is completely unacceptable and nothing like what I expected from the website. Shipping took so long that I discovered the hair was coming from China while tracking my order. Had I known that upfront, I would not have ordered. I have requested a refund and plan to return the hair. If this isn't resolved, I will dispute the charge. This was one of the worst online shopping experiences I’ve ever had. Lumier’s advertising completely set an expectation that the product I received simply did NOT live up to. The wig was overpriced, disappointing, and nowhere near worth the amount of money I paid.The worst part? I paid $230 for this wig, and Lumier only wants to refund me $20. Seriously, $20 out of $230?! That is completely unacceptable. False advertising, overpriced product, late delivery, and terrible customer service. I regret spending my money here and would NOT recommend Lumier to anyone. Save your money and shop elsewhere. Then, as if the poor quality wasn’t enough, my order arrived late. When I contacted customer service expecting a reasonable solution, I got nothing but excuses and runaround after runaround when I asked for a refund. At this point, it honestly feels like once they have your money, good luck getting anyone to take responsibility. Instead of acknowledging the problem and making things right, they seemed determined to find reasons NOT to refund me. For the price they charge, I expected quality, honesty, professionalism, and decent customer service. What I got was the complete opposite. The advertising makes the product look far better than what I actually received, and the customer service experience made an already bad purchase even worse. Lumier, if you’re going to charge luxury prices, then provide luxury quality and customer service. You cannot advertise one thing, deliver something that doesn't meet those expectations, arrive late, and then make customers fight to get their money back. I regret spending my money here and would absolutely NOT recommend this company. There are plenty of other wig companies that deserve your money more. Think twice before ordering because the pictures and the reality may be two very different things. 0/10 experience. I requested a refund & a return address/return label to return the items being that I did not receive my items within 3-8 days it wasn’t delivered until 3 weeks later & the items did not look like the pictures advertised. They continually gave me the runaround or just ignored my emails requesting for a return address or label so that I may receive my refund. When I finally got a response the merchant stated that their warehouse burned down & they couldn’t give me an address or return label but that they had a location in GA. When I received my package there was a “Delivered From” address on it so I requested several more times for the return address but never got a response. So I returned the package to the “deliver from” address. I informed the merchant via email & they finally responded saying that the address was not the correct address & for me to retrieve the items from the carrier then they’ll provide me with a return address. After 7+ emails, multiple pictures, and repeated requests, they still have not provided return instructions or issued my refund. Instead, they keep pushing exchanges and asking repetitive questions.
