TWICE I've complained that I never received my order (which was huge) and twice they said it was delivered. I receive my orders from Everywhere else, but not Lunielwear!! I'm retired so I'm home most of the time, and live in a cul-de-sac with wonderful neighbors.  So NO, nobody else got my TWO orders (reportedly from Nordstrom??). I've submitted Ring doorbell video to prove non-delivery, but to no avail. Shameful!! This all began in December 2025. Now it's late February2026. So I'm now preparing to do dispute with my credit card company!

I never received the items. They claimed to have delivered but would not share any delivery pictures. I’m calling my credit card company to get my money back. Don’t buy from them.

obviously a HUGE SCAM ! I ordered a winter jacket DEC 30, 2025 & my FACTUAL story is EXACTLY like the 1st and ONLY review I have seen. China or wherever this 'cover-up is taking place is OBVIOUSLY a HUGE greedy DECEIVER & I am going to have  THOROUGH  investigations   go IN DEPTH re: this FRAUDULENT COMPANY 'Lunielwear. The CS 'AI robots just email the SAME  B.S. over & over ! Sickening these 'brain dead machines ! I will NOT accept ANY discount  but ONLY a FULL 100% refund OR the jacket.  If this is not resolved Immediately. I am going to DEFINITELY contact my Attorney about this FRAUDULANT company -------> LUNIELWEAR ... and 'phantom  Track 718 ...a complete VAGUE   HOAX  to give THEIR  B S. to the masses. "You can fool SOME people SOME of the time, BUT you CANT fool all of the [people all of the time ! "

I am writing to formally address the non-delivery of my December 2025 order for winter items purchased from what was supposed to be Norstrum Rack online accessed from YouTube.

I have noted that these perpetrators operate under names, including Olivarre.com and Lunielwear.com. Given that I consistently receive packages from other vendors at the address provided without issue, I find the failure of these deliveries highly concerning. Although the tracking system used TRACK 718 lists the status as "Delivered," I have not received the winter items purchased yet.

Consumers Please be advised when it seems to good to be true, even from a major dept store, it usually is.  I have reported this matter as Non-Delivery of Products paid for to my financial institution, the Better Business Bureau (BBB), and the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) for investigation.
I am currently demanding a full refund of the total amount charged to my account.
