Arrived dresses nothing like the pictures neither the tailoring nor the color, let alone quality. DO NOT BUY anything here. Wasting money, no money refund. ### ★☆☆☆☆ This company deserves 0 stars apart yr… - Belle · 2025-03-06 This company deserves 0 stars apart from the fact it came in a week after i paid express postage , when it arrived i thought it was something else it weighs hardly anything the dress is paper thin , you can see all the stitching from the outside through the see through overlay , glitter falls off everywhere , this cost $110 Australian dollars inc postage and It’s useless to me the don’t offer refunds so it’s probably going in the opp bin do not buy from luninss ### ★☆☆☆☆ The quality is shocking - Donna Nolan · 2025-02-19 The quality is shocking. I ordered what seemed like a pretty dress. Instead, received what looked like a polyester rag, that absolutely did not match the description. Impossible to return anything or get ahold of customer service. Will be donating the $50 to my local Goodwill. Unable to file a BBB complaint but will try FTC. ### ★☆☆☆☆ Wish I had read these reviews before I ordered - Melissa Carrico · 2024-09-10 Wish I had read these before I ordered. I purchased a few dresses from the site for my engagement party and one arrived but the other two never came. I haven't heard anything back from the company since emailing them repeatedly on different threads. I guess I'm going to have to dispute the order with my credit card company :( major bummer. ### ★☆☆☆☆ Please never not bay anything from this website - Monika Wozniak · 2024-09-06 I bought I think nice dress special for wedding (guest) and first I wait 3 weeks for delivery but I can understand this because is for chine but I got something what look like jacket but is not really jacket just t-shirt what look like jacket for £50 ### ★☆☆☆☆ scam - Dasha Daria Albardy · 2024-08-22 scam no costumer service available i don't know what to do to receive a refund they ignore me completely ### ★☆☆☆☆ DO NOT ORDER FROM LUNINSS.COM - Irina · 2024-08-21 DO NOT ORDER FROM LUNINSS.COM I ordered 2 dressed. Not happy with myself or the company. ### ★☆☆☆☆ DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE - Kristina Di Gaetano · 2024-02-27 DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE. I waited almost 1 month to recieve my package and ended up with two dresses that look NOTHING like the images on the site. Trust the reviews here. I am now out $160 CND and now have no dress for my bridal shower. Of course, they offer no refunds. The material is awful and they are not even wearable. I could have made a better dress with a tablecloth. Huge dissapointment. Save yourself a massive headache. ### ★☆☆☆☆ Back Away!!! - Zoë · 2024-02-17 Scam. I will read reviews prior to any purchase I make in the future! Wished I’d viewed Trust Pilot prior to purchasing. Ordered a dress, what arrived was something to behold. A packet of cheese and onion crisps would be a closer match to the dress I ordered. Gobsmacked they can get away with this. It’s a NO from me. ### ★☆☆☆☆ Don’t bother - Kristen Fisher · 2024-01-25 Really cheap quality and terrible customer service. The dress I bought looks almost nothing like the photo and they make it impossible to return an item. --- - 全部评价与筛选: https://ok.one/review/luninss.com - JSON 接口: https://ok.one/api/companies/luninss.com - 评分口径与数据来源: https://ok.one/methodology/
