Very poor sales tactics! I am considering solar power but definitely not with this company. I’m going to call a local professional company. Dad have a inverter fitted which work for less than a month. He phoned them as was told the batteries where faulty. Then came back and fitted a new battery and it never worked since. Ive had to go into the loaf after 2 brain operations and show the most disgusting inverter. It looks like its been removed from a pervious customer, as 2 accounts are on the system! I have proof of a disregard inverter. Im now on email and telephone conversation with an engineer who stated the inverter is inaccurate. Now, after of a month, stating they will ship a new inverter to now changed to dongle. Ive filled in the form twice, and it states that its expedited. Have an email asking for the serial number as its been shipped. Now they want me to fill in ANOTHER form to ship a dongle. It takes 2-3 days to get any message from them. I get different messages all the time. Ive ask to speak to a manager, as my over 80 dad can't cope with the rubbish we are getting and nothing from them. I can't believe a company can charge an 80 year old man over £3000 for nothing. I then got a call from a guy promising to fix the issue- the fix worked for a couple of weeks and he promised that if I needed more help to contact him- he was not so friendly from this point! I was told when I first called that the dongle had a 5 yr warranty - now they are telling me it only has a 2 yr warranty and that i will have to pay for a new dongle when they get them in stock. I am not confident with anything they are telling me.
