My laser engraver was packaged very well and it was shipped and delivered much faster than I expected. Reading the other reviews on here giving negatives seem unreasonable as they cannot control how fast the postal service gets items from point a to b.
The product is very good, I have used it for a while without any problems
Purchase the first unit. Then two more. They were here In 5 days. (Ortur Master 2-Gorifie-Z9V5 Pro) Communication with the website was very good/responsive when asking for tracking numbers and product support. I could not ask for any better service. Keep in mind the time zone difference when looking for a response. Keep up the great work.
Ordered a laser engraver. Three days later they sent me an email saying it was on it's way. However, the FedEx tracking number they provided is invalid. Emailed customer service for clarification but have not recieved a reply. It's still to soon to tell, as it's only been 7 days since I placed the order, but so far I am not impressed.
