### ★☆☆☆☆ Stops working after a few months

Worked great for a couple of months and then stopped heating.  Called customer support and only gives you a message that they’re busy and out then disconnected. Tried writing them and the send button or tab is partially blocked and direct you to sign up for more products.  Don’t buy.  Worthless

Received a coffee machine which was very good but didn't make hot enough coffee for my taste.Company was very helpful with suggestions but to no avail. I received 30% of cost of item back and no need return it.Someone had a good birthday present. Impressed with prompt reply to emails.
