We're truly sorry to hear about your disappointment, and we completely understand how frustrating it is when a small plastic component prevents an otherwise functional light from being used. Your Monteer 1400 has been in service for around six years, and we sincerely appreciate your long-term support of Magicshine. Regarding the mounting part, unfortunately, as this product has been discontinued for many years, we no longer have spare parts or 3D design files available for this component. We understand this isn't the answer you were hoping for. If you have access to 3D printing and are comfortable designing replacement parts yourself, you may certainly try creating a compatible replacement. While we're unable to provide technical drawings or CAD files, we genuinely hope this could help extend the life of your light. We also truly appreciate your feedback regarding repairability and product longevity. We'll share your comments with our product team as we continue improving future products and our after-sales support. Thank you again for your honest feedback. (2026-05-14): We’re very sorry for the delay. Due to the destination being Belarus, shipping and tracking updates may take longer than usual because of local logistics and customs processes. We understand this can be frustrating, and we’re continuing to improve communication and tracking transparency. If you still need assistance, please contact support@magicshine.com with your order number and we’ll check it for you. (2026-05-25): Hi Christian, Thank you for sharing your feedback. We have already sent a replacement, and it has been successfully delivered to you. We hope the new mount is now working properly and provides a much better experience.
