### ★☆☆☆☆ Extremely Disappointing Experience - Unprofessional and Unreliable Service

I purchased two motorcycles from Malamadre Motorcycles in Sep 2025, and my experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. Here’s a detailed breakdown of the issues I faced:

KTM Duke Custom - IDR 80M:

After waiting two weeks for the bike to be ready, it came with numerous issues:

- The lights didn’t work.
- The rear brake was faulty and kept burning.
- Electrical issues led to the battery being drained multiple times.

Every time I went back for repairs, I was told it would be “fixed,” but nothing changed. The brake issue occurred three times, and I had to replace the battery myself because no one responded.

I had only 30 minutes of total riding time of the bike. After so many issues, I requested to return the bike.

KLX 250 - IDR 80M (plus additional IDR ~16M for repairs):

I was then offered a KLX 250, which supposedly needed some love and care. I agreed to pay an additional IDR 5M to have the bike fully serviced. I also bought parts (brake/clutch levers, phone mount, etc.) and had them installed, but the repairs took forever.

After receiving the bike, I took it for a 1 km ride, only for it to stall and break down.
I had to pay €700 (approx. IDR 11M) again for repainting and repairs because the bike’s paintwork was chipped, rusty, and damaged. Even though I had already paid for repairs, the job was clearly not done properly.

The bike has been in the shop since October 18, 2025, and it wasn’t until the end of January 2026 that I was told it was “almost ready,” but parts were still missing. Since September 29, 2025, I’ve received nothing but excuses and delays.

Despite numerous attempts to contact them via WhatsApp, I’ve received no responses, no updates, and no resolution. I was led to believe that both bikes were sold, but I have not received any money or acknowledgment.

This has been an extremely frustrating and costly experience. I strongly advise against doing business with Malamadre Motorcycles, as they have shown a complete lack of professionalism, reliability, and customer care.

If you value your time, money, and trust, look elsewhere - just a huge waste. This fraud case was opened with the local police now.
