The unlimited design package is a great way to proactively stay on top of internal design requests, as well as to manage budgets with client projects. The team are really responsive and quick to assist with queries, and to apply tweaks and adjustments as needed.
The concept is great; we have a graphic designer resource available throughout the year for a reasonable fee. The team is responsive, and we normally get our designs the next day (if simple) or a few days (for more complex assignments). We have unlimited updates, so we don't have to compromise on our requirements by fear of running a huge tab.
Loved working with Many Pixels! Communication was flawless and quick, whenever I have a query my account manager was quick to help and the designer I had allocated to me was also very efficient and communicated well. The designer gave me regular updates and was great at the work he did. The system they use to chat and plan projects was also super easy to use! It was a huge weight lifted from my shoulders having Many Pixels to help, as a small business it was a great alternative to the stress of hiring and outsourcing.
The designers are responding very quickly, they are doing their best to provide qualitative work based on our requirements and the results are here. I strongly recommend them
The experience was great, most of the responses were fast, and the quality was high. The only thing that would make them better would be if they had a pay-as-you-go submission option.
I had the pleasure of working with Many Pixels and I couldn't be happier with the results! The team truly listened to my design requirements and delivered a stunning final product that exceeded my expectations. The entire process was seamless and stress-free. I highly recommend Many Pixels for anyone in need of top-quality design services.
Firstly for full clarification and honesty, we run a very niche Australian Website, which is hard to explain to outside sources. While dealing with ManyPixels, we have faced some issues with the quality of work, which is not ideal; however, the team has always been happy to help fix any problems we have had. For any work that is not time critical, it would be hard to go past ManyPixels regarding the value you get. To summarise, we are happy with ManyPixels and can recommend them.
manypixels is the best place to find illustrations that fit my apps and websites. There are a lot of free stuff too. Keep up the good work!
We vetted several different design agencies and chose ManyPixels based on their portfolio of work and solid reviews. And I'm glad we made that decision because ManyPixels has exceeded our expectations. They deliver high-quality work in a timely fashion. If you're considering outsourcing your design services, I highly recommend considering ManyPixels.
I use ManyPixels to order custom illustrations for content marketing purposes on my website Salarship. The illustration format is .svg and I use them as a header for articles and other content formats. I pay $800 per month and the output is about 35 unique illustrations per month, which is relatively cheap compared to the most expensive competitors. The quality of the illustrations is most of the time really good. Sometimes if it is not up to standards or if there is a miscommunication problem, I ask for a revision and the revision is always of great quality. Before using this service, you must be aware that some elements in the illustrations can be reused in different illustrations. This is not a problem for my particular case usage, but you should be aware of this. Overall, ManyPixels is a great service. I have used it for 8 months and it is perfect for my content marketing needs.
I have been a customer for more than 1 year and I am happy with the service! I use them for all of my social media graphics. I recently switched to the dedicated designer plan and it's been great. I get my designs back on the same day and we can do the revisions on the spot.
Very happy with the designs I’ve been using ManyPixels for 7 months. They design all my marketing collaterals. Maria, our project manager, and our designers have all been very helpful. Ralf
A good solution for your graphics. Excellent design service to create more graphics on autopilot. The platform is straightforward, and you can communicate directly with your designer. I enjoy working with different designers for different projects (logos, websites, etc).
Having worked for a creative studio and then used creative studios for my marketing assets, I can only recommend giving ManyPixels a shot. The quality of deliverables is excellent; the team is lovely and super quick. It's a game-changer when you need to create marketing assets regularly.
We are a startup based in Singapore. ManyPixels has been of great help for all our illustrations, web graphics and advertising materials. Their platform is super easy to use and communication with the designers has been smooth You can expect fast and good designs as long as you are able to articulate clearly what you want and provide good examples.
I am a content marketing lead, and I swear I am not exaggerating when I say every single project ManyPixels has completed has contained numerous errors, omissions, and oversights. Each time I get a PDF back from them, I get to play the game of "find the error". In one PDF none of the hyperlinks were included. In another, the same heading copy was pasted for two sections in a row. In a third, a whole section of testimonials was omitted. In a fourth, the chart's x-axis timeline went "00:00, 04:00, 6 FEB, 16:00"... Have done at least 15 projects with them, and every single one has errors that show a complete failure in attention to detail. What's more, the deliverables are not even done quickly. It often takes several days to a week to turn a Word doc into a PDF, even when we have a template. I cannot urge you strongly enough to find another alternative.
Hi Christian, I am really sorry you were not happy with some of the designs we created. We have reviewed your last projects, and it’s clear that we have missed some details here and there. This is 100% on us, and that should not have happened. We will, of course, be happy to assign you another designer, start over, and compensate you for the time lost. We have since reviewed our Quality Control process and expanded the team. Although, I would say this review is not reflective of your overall experience and does not paint the whole picture. Most of the problems appeared on larger and more complex PDF/E-books projects, while all of your smaller ones went really well. You have been using the service for more than a year, and out of the 50 projects we did, we received excellent feedback on a least 30 of them. Here are a few of them. “They are perfect, thank you so much.” “Thank you Evgenia, it looks great.” “Perfect, thank you so much.” I wish we would have heard about it sooner so we could have fixed it. Our team is always doing its best to ensure we deliver high-quality designs fast and affordably. We always make sure that our customers are protected. - We offer a 14 day money-back guarantee, no questions asked - If you are not happy after that, we always find a solution: we can assign you another designer, restart the project from scratch, give credits for the time lost, etc. Again, we are very sorry and hope you will give us a chance to make it right.
We have been working with ManyPixels for 6 months, so far it has been great. We mostly use the service for our blog graphics and PPC Ads.
I have been working with Many Pixels for the past 4 months and their service and quality of work has been outstanding. As a startup company great design and illustration work can cost prohibitive, ManyPixels provides an affordable, professional and creative solution.
ManyPixels has been such a game-changer for my business. As a social media manager, I found it super time-consuming to create graphics to go along with my posts for clients. With ManyPixels, I’ve been able to get beautifully designed graphics while saving so much time. The designers are super responsive and deliver quality work. You really can’t beat unlimited graphics and revisions for the price. This has been one of the best investments I’ve made for my business. - Chelsea Bonner
I've been using ManyPixels on a weekly basis for 3-4 months and they have been outstanding. The control panel is intuitive and the designers and service has been responsive. I have been requesting illustrations for blog posts on multiple sites. The key to utilizing a service like this is to be as specific as possible upfront and give them guidance. I plan on staying a customer for the foreseeable future. Wish I'd signed up sooner!
