I tried to contact you but you never replied ### ★★☆☆☆ Not the best quality lenses. - Cheryle · 2024-11-07 · 已验证 The contact lenses I ordered are 'knock-offs', they are not true Geo lenses (even branded differently on the containers) and are incredibly uncomfortable. I will be ordering from a different site next time. ### ★☆☆☆☆ Item not delivered. - Max · 2024-09-12 · 已验证 I'd originally placed my order on 15 July 2024, but almost two months have gone by and I've yet to receive anything. Furthermore, something weird is happening with the tracking, since it is stated that the lenses have been delivered to some sort of letterbox two weeks ago. ### ★★★★★ Excellent - Daria Bilous · 2024-08-08 · 已验证 Everything is good ### ★★★★★ BEST products ever! - JM · 2024-01-31 · 已验证 I e been a maple lens shopper for YEARS and my dedication will never stop! This is the first time I was disappointed. One of the lenses was damaged and I did not see it. When I put lenses in my eyes one of them hurt.I took it out and under magnifying glass saw a small piece of plastic sticking out from edge of lens. I could not believe this. I could have hurt my eye badly. I am very upset about this. Can’t say enough positive things about them. ### ★★☆☆☆ The lens are cheaper than other popular… - Jessica · 2021-03-30 · 已验证 The lens are cheaper than other popular websites such as honeycolor and pinkyparadise; however half of the lens I've received were defective. They were just straight up cloudy. I did a bunch of tests by swapping it from eye to eye, but it was the lens that were defective. This isn't the first time either. On an previous order, there was another defective lens but Maplelens was kind enough to send me a replacement. On this recent order, brands that weren't Geo had the "Geo authentication" sticker on them. And even if I went onto the site on that sticker, it doesn't work. So the authenticity and quality of these lens are questionable. I'll go back to buying from the more reputable sites. > 商家回复 (2021-03-30): Hi Dear, We are so sorry that our product does not meet your expectation, can you give me a little more context on the situation? Please email us at maplelens@gmail.com , we will be more than happy to help you. As for GEO authentication system, GEO no longer use their old authentic website http://geo.fw1860.com/en.
