That said, you did not purchase a trial, rather you purchased a month to month subscription, where as your first month was significantly discounted. Based on our records, our team—including Brian—did make multiple efforts to guide you through your purchase and accommodate your situation, including follow-up calls and due to your unique situation we accommodated you by postponing your your subscription renewal date so you were able to have more than a month of free time to ensure you were maximizing your training.
However, we understand that delays in communication and your inability to fully engage with the program may have created the impression that you weren’t being supported. That’s certainly not the experience we aim to deliver, and we apologize if we fell short.
Regarding the $399 charge, our terms and refund policy are clearly outlined upon enrollment and require specific participation benchmarks in order to qualify. While we cannot always override those terms, we do take each case seriously and review refund requests thoroughly and fairly. If there was a breakdown in how this was communicated to you, we take responsibility and will use your feedback to improve.
