Despite numerous email requests and follow-ups, they still have not returned my funds. This was my initial deposit, not profit or anything disputed – just money I put in and asked to withdraw. Their support team has been completely unresponsive or gives vague excuses with no clear resolution. I’ve provided all required details multiple times, and there is no legitimate reason for the delay. This experience has been frustrating and unacceptable, and it’s raised serious concerns about the trustworthiness of this platform. Once you over come that issue, then you back at paying more to get your own money back. Once you pay again and ask to speak to a director, you can speak to "Shawn" the director, who is to busy to sort out your payout from your investment.
