Hello. At MDAnywhere our team strives to deliver the best experience for its users. Safety is always our number one priority. An in-person visit with labs is recommended after about a year of refills again for the safety of the patient. Similiar to what an in-person provider requests. Once labs are complete, patients are welcome to use our services again. In general, patients are sent messages letting them know that lab work will be needed before their next visit. Please give us a call at 1(800)-632-4981 to discuss further or request a possible courtesy 30-day refill.
