As mentioned by our technical support team, the AI-900 exam was updated by Microsoft last May (https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/credentials/certifications/azure-ai-fundamentals/?practice-assessment-type=certification), and our content team updated our practice test in June (https://www.measureup.com/microsoft-practice-test-ai-900-microsoft-azure-ai-fundamentals.html). As you mentioned in your email, the discrepancy you reported is "related to Document Intelligence and AI Foundry models that are newer". This has already been communicated to our content team for review, and if necessary, they will make the appropriate changes.
