The Game Boy Advance (I never played one ever) is pretty damn amazing. I can connect this little handheld to my gaming monitor via micro hdmi and this really adds to the versatility of the unit. The device itself is nice but if you get one don't choose the extra SD card Version. The SD card is terrible quality and will die in you after a couple of days. Support is claiming it happened due to wrong use but a SD Card should be able to have it copy new roms on it without dying. And instead of giving Support on how to fix IT and set up another card they try to upsell in one of the SD card options they offer. Or send a replacement where they Charge 20€ for shipping.
