Dear Jacqueline, Thank you for your feedback. We are pleased to find you are happy with your purchase! Kind regards, The Menique Team

Dear Don, Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to find the bags did not meet your expectations. Linen bread bags work differently from plastic— they are designed to help balance moisture and airflow, but factors such as the type of bread, storage conditions, and how long the bread is stored can affect the results. We understand that they may not be the right solution for everyone. Kind regards, The Menique Team

Dear Michael, Thank you for your feedback. We are very sorry for the inconvenience. Please note that your order was shipped on the same day it was placed. However, standard shipping from Lithuania typically takes around two weeks, which is why the delivery took longer. We are also very sorry to hear that you did not receive a reply from our team. We checked our inbox and could not find any inquiry from you. If there is anything we can help you with, please don't hesitate to contact us again. Kind regards, The Menique Team

Dear Elsa, Thank you for your review. This style is intended for those who prefer a soft, low-support fit without an elastic band, but we understand that is not the right choice for everyone. We highly appreciate your feedback! Kind regards, The Menique Team

Dear Dawn, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We appreciate your honest thoughts. We would like to clarify that the photos showing the bra without visible padding were taken without the removable pads inserted, and our product listing also notes that the pads are not included with this style. Kind regards, The Menique Team

Dear Michael, Thank you for your review. We understand that the lack of a fly is not the right choice for everyone. This design feature is shown in the product photos to help customers make an informed decision before purchasing, but we appreciate that personal preferences vary. Kind regards, The Menique Team

Dear Moira, What a lovely review! Thank you so much for taking the time to share your thoughts on the dress. It means so much to us that you love the fit, and we hope you'll enjoy wearing it for many years to come. Kind regards, The Menique Team

Hi! Thank you for your feedback. We understand your disappointment. Underwear sizing can vary considerably between different manufacturers and brands, which is why we provide both body measurements and garment measurements on each product page. Kind regards, The Menique Team
