Hello! I took some time to look into this and tried my best to find any order information connected to your review. At the moment, I’m unable to locate any order history that matches the details provided. I also submitted a Find Reviewer request through Trustpilot. This request is sent to the email address that was used to create the Trustpilot account and leave the review, so the purchase details can be verified. I have been waiting for a response for quite some time, but unfortunately, I haven’t received any reply from you yet. Based on the information available, it’s possible that the review may have been posted on the wrong Trustpilot profile by mistake. However, if I’m mistaken and you did place an order with us, I’d be more than happy to look into it and help resolve the issue. I was also a little unsure about the specific item mentioned in the review, as I don’t believe we currently offer the Dragon you were referring to. Please feel free to contact us through the contact page on our website with any order details you have, and I’ll gladly take another look for you. We truly appreciate the chance to help and make sure everything is handled properly.
