Esim received after 1 hr . So far so good
Thank you for your feedback! We’re glad to hear that everything is working well so far. We appreciate your patience and support.
Be aware that their unlimited connection after high speed data is consumed is actually not unlimited at all. No matter what they claim it has a hard cap and then it's switched off, although they deny officially that it is what happens and try to claim it just feels like it's not working because it's slow and encourage you to buy a new package, even though you can clearly see the data connection is completely gone. To get any help from customer service is hard, they communicate in machine translated Chinese and are not the least bit service minded. Best to avoid.
Thank you for your feedback. We’d like to clarify that after the high-speed data is used up, the plan provides unlimited data at 128kbps. As mentioned in our description, this speed is mainly for basic internet use, such as messaging and light browsing, and cannot support high-speed activities. Our customer service has explained this clearly, and we appreciate your understanding.
