Please email us at support@midtownumbrellas.com and we'll sort this out at no cost to you — whatever it takes to make it right. — The Midtown Umbrellas Team ### ★★★★★ 及时交货。 (2026-08-07): Hi Luxury — you're absolutely right to be upset, and this is on us. An umbrella that shows up without the parts to put it together isn't acceptable. Please email us at support@midtownumbrellas.com and we'll get the correct parts to you right away — whatever it takes to make this right. (2026-08-06): Hi No — you're absolutely right to be upset, and this is on us. An umbrella that shows up without the parts to put it together isn't acceptable. Please email us at support@midtownumbrellas.com and we'll get the correct parts to you right away — whatever it takes to make this right. — The Midtown Umbrellas Team ### ★☆☆☆☆ 当…… (2026-08-05): Hi Craig — waiting on an order that hasn't moved is frustrating, and we're sorry. Please email us at support@midtownumbrellas.com with your order number and we'll track it down and make it right — whatever it takes. (2026-08-04): Hi Pamela — you're absolutely right to be upset, and this is on us. An umbrella that shows up without the parts to put it together isn't acceptable. Please email us at support@midtownumbrellas.com and we'll get the correct parts to you right away — whatever it takes to make this right. (2026-08-02): Hi Shalyse — we're sorry we let you down here; this isn't the standard we hold ourselves to. Please email us at support@midtownumbrellas.com and we'll make it right — whatever it takes. — The Midtown Umbrellas Team ### ★★★★★ 当我的雨伞... (2026-08-02): Hi Adam — we're sorry you couldn't reach us; that's not the experience we want, and we're fixing our phone support. Please email us directly at support@midtownumbrellas.com and we'll take care of this personally, right away — whatever it takes. (2026-08-01): Hi Dennis — we're sorry you couldn't reach us; that's not the experience we want, and we're fixing our phone support. Please email us directly at support@midtownumbrellas.com and we'll take care of this personally, right away — whatever it takes. (2026-08-01): Hi Michelle — we're sorry we let you down here; this isn't the standard we hold ourselves to. Please email us at support@midtownumbrellas.com and we'll make it right — whatever it takes.
