There was nothing wrong with the products, however the processing time was quite lengthy. ### ★☆☆☆☆ Gebirgslusche - Fabian Dambeck · 2024-11-02 Ordered a Gibirgsjager jacket from these guys hyped about their promises of good quality. Once again camo fades fast and the bottoms came off with minimal friction appear loosely sewn on through sloppy handy work. Considering the jacket was 150usd plus I expect far better as there are other retailers with similar products and better quality. And once again very short not meant for Caucasian wearers. ### ★☆☆☆☆ Unpleasant experience to deal with - Fabian Dambeck · 2024-11-01 Very agressive and frankly unprofessional when dealing with I've ordered a few tunics and jackets from them. They are very short in comparison to any other tunic I've brought from other retailers. You look more like a camo ballerina with a short tutu than a reenactor wearing them. In my recent order I asked for a few centimeters to be added therefore to the overall length (4cm). In response they demanded I pay a full fee of 65 usd which is meant for a FULL customization of their tunics not a slight adjustment as I was requesting. Considering MANNY other retailers offer such a minuscule adjustment free of charge I tried to come to some form of agreement with them offering to pay a 25usd fee instead or what other options they would have. Flat out refused demanded the full 65 usd as though I'm requesting adjustments to the whole uniform and very quickly became rude, agressive, disrespectful and very unprofessional in their responses. Props for issuing a refund but it doesn't excuse the unprofessionalism of the company representative. And looking at theire responses to reviews like these just seems to confirm my experience with them. ### ★★★★☆ Good quality - Eva C. Crossland · 2024-06-28 · 已验证 Good quality, but the handling time was too long... almost two weeks before the item shipped. I ordered a visor cap and a tunic in one order, but they shipped in two separate packages. ### ★★★★★ That is a classic piece of militaria… - Harry B. Their sizing chart is incorrect and the items sent are too small. When contacted to make an exchange they want postage of $20.00 (actual postage was estimated at $10.65) and an additional $75.00 for the exchange! The item was only $115.00 to begin with. They are utterly incompetent when dealing with and refuse to listen to reason. I had my tailor measure the item and informed me that the size as shown on the website was off by 2 complete sizes. Extremely amateurish business practices. I suspect this is a drop shipment type of business from China. As is obvious from the reply from the company they offer no solutions just ad hominem attacks, a definite indication not to have anything to do with this company or the rogues that operate it. > 商家回复 (2023-10-21): You guys are lie and never sent pic to prove . Make a mistake and by a wrong size ,and won't pay the cost for exchange. We couldn't pay the cost for your guys mistake . --- - 全部评价与筛选: https://ok.one/review/militaryharbor.com - JSON 接口: https://ok.one/api/companies/militaryharbor.com - 评分口径与数据来源: https://ok.one/methodology/
