We understand how frustrating the situation with the charger must have been. 

As mentioned in our communication, we did offer compensation in USD along with additional bonuses to make up for the inconvenience, but unfortunately, this solution was declined. 

We’re sorry this part was not reflected in your review.

We would also like to clarify that on our website we clearly indicate the type of phone being sold and the charging adapter included. 

The adapter provided is a global version intended for international use, and we do not advertise it specifically as a USA charger.

That said, we genuinely regret the inconvenience this caused you. 

The manufacturer indeed supplies only the EU-standard plug and does not provide a US-standard plug; furthermore, the product page did not indicate that a US-standard plug would be included. 

The product description includes a complete unboxing video that clearly demonstrates the plug specification contained within the package is the EU standard; please kindly refer to the provided YouTube video link.

On a manufacturers web-ste there is also no US 120W power adapter shown: https://oukitel.store/products/charger
and https://oukitel.uk/pages/oukitel-wp30-pro-specs

So, it is impossible to offer you the product which is not supported by manufacturer.

Occasionally international shipments are transferred to a local courier (in this case Delhivery) for the final delivery stage, which can sometimes cause temporary tracking inconsistencies.
