(2026-08-02): Dear S.K,

Thank you so much for taking the time to share such a thoughtful review. It truly means a lot to me.
I completely understand your initial hesitation, especially when you had your heart set on a different faucet. That makes it even more rewarding to hear that once your Mirozza faucet was installed, it exceeded your expectations in both quality and appearance.
I'm especially grateful that you mentioned our communication throughout the process. I believe every customer deserves honest, personal service, and I'm always happy to answer questions and help however I can. Knowing that you decided to keep the faucet and are now so happy with your choice is the best compliment I could receive.

Thank you again for placing your trust in Mirozza and for recognizing the care that goes into every product. I hope you enjoy your new faucet for many years to come!

(2026-06-26): Wow, thank you so much for taking the time to write such an incredible review. Reading feedback like yours is exactly why I started Mirozza.

It means a lot to hear that after going through several Moen and Kohler faucets, you decided to give my brand a chance. I designed these faucets with one goal in mind: to build a kitchen faucet using as much metal as technically possible, so homeowners don't have to keep replacing them every few years. Hearing that you immediately noticed the solid feel, beautiful finish, and strong water flow is incredibly rewarding.

I'm also glad the installation was straightforward—other than convincing those old rusty faucets to let go! 😊

Thank you again for putting your trust in Mirozza and for supporting my family-owned business. I truly appreciate your kind words, and I hope your new faucets serve you and your family reliably for many years to come.

Warm regards,

(2026-06-17): Thank you so much, Becka, for taking the time to leave a 5-star review. I truly appreciate your kind words and am glad to hear that your faucet arrived safely despite the shipping box having a rough journey. I put a great deal of care into making sure every faucet is packaged properly before it leaves my hands, so it's wonderful to know the packaging did its job.
Thank you for choosing Mirozza. I hope you enjoy your new faucet for many years to come, and please don't hesitate to reach out if I can ever be of assistance.

(2026-05-26): Hi Kristina,

Thank you so much for taking the time to leave such a thoughtful and detailed review! I am incredibly grateful for your kind words, and I am absolutely thrilled to hear how much you are enjoying your new Mirozza kitchen faucet.

Your feedback completely made my day. Hearing that our design and quality hold up so well against a much more expensive competitor (especially against tough city water!) is the ultimate compliment for me.

As a family-owned, American small business, your support means everything. Thank you for recognizing the real people behind the brand and for being a wonderful part of the Mirozza family!

### ★★★★★ Mirozzs
- Very happy customer · 2026-05-14 ·

(2026-05-14): Thank you so much for taking the time to leave such a detailed and thoughtful 5 star review. I truly appreciate it.

It was my pleasure speaking with you and helping you choose the right faucet size for your sink. At Mirozza®, customer service is personal : no bots, no runaround, just real help whenever you need it.

I’m very happy to hear that your Elston faucet arrived quickly, was well protected inside the box, and installed easily. Even though the outside shipping box was damaged, this is exactly why we take packaging seriously and make sure every faucet is cushioned properly before it leaves our hands. I’m also glad your installer noticed the heavy duty build quality, that means a lot, especially coming from someone who installs faucets professionally.

Thank you as well for mentioning the soap dispenser. One helpful note: the Mirozza® soap dispenser is actually very easy to refill from the top. You simply lift up the pump part and pour the soap directly through the opening , no need to crawl under the sink or remove the bottle from below. Hopefully that makes refilling much easier, even with the garbage disposal nearby.

Thank you again for trusting Mirozza®, for your kind words, and for recommending us. I’m truly grateful, and I’ll be very happy to help you again when our bathroom line launches this fall.

(2026-05-04): Thank you so much for this incredible 5-star review Kathy. I truly appreciate your kind words and your support for Mirozza.
It means a lot to hear that you’re happy with the faucet, the quality, and the service. I especially loved hearing that your plumber noticed how easy the installation was and commented on the quality compared to other “top brands.” That is exactly what I work so hard to deliver: beautiful design, solid construction, and quality that can be felt right away.
I’m also very grateful that you’re already getting compliments and that you would recommend Mirozza to others. As a small family business, that kind of support means everything. Customers like you help this brand grow, and I don’t take that for granted.
Thank you again for choosing Mirozza. I’m excited to keep building the brand and can’t wait to share our upcoming bathroom fixtures with you.

(2026-05-02): Thank you so much, JN! We truly appreciate your wonderful review and are thrilled to hear how happy you are with your Mirozza faucet. It means a lot that you noticed the quality in every detail — from the faucet itself, to the materials, finish, packaging, and shipping experience.
I also want to clarify one important detail with full transparency: Mirozza is proudly headquartered in Chicago, and every faucet is personally inspected here by us before shipping to our customers. Our faucets are currently manufactured in our partner factory in China, where we are able to maintain our high standards for lead-free certification, solid construction, premium components, and beautiful finishes at a much more reasonable price point.
If we manufactured every faucet here in Chicago today, the cost would likely be significantly higher — probably starting around $800 per faucet. That said, one of my goals as Mirozza continues to grow is to eventually manufacture small specialty batches right here in Chicago.
Thank you again for supporting our small Chicago-based brand. We’re grateful for your trust, and we’re so happy your faucet looks awesome and delivered the quality experience we work hard to provide from start to finish.

(2026-05-02): Thank you so much, Ian! I truly appreciate your wonderful review. It means a lot to hear that your Mirozza faucet feels perfect in style, function, and quality. I put a lot of care into offering faucets made with premium materials and avoiding the plastic-heavy construction that’s become so common in many big box store faucets, so your feedback really hits home. Thank you for choosing Mirozza and for recognizing the value I work hard to deliver. I’m grateful for your support!

(2026-04-24): Angie,
Thank you so much for this wonderful and thoughtful review. I truly appreciate you taking the time to share your experience with Mirozza®.

As a small brand, this is exactly why I do what I do. A kitchen faucet should not only look beautiful and feel premium — it should also be safe, properly certified, and built with real care. Knowing that your Mirozza® faucet gives you peace of mind for you and your kids means everything to me.

I’m also very happy I could customize the matching drinking water faucet for you. Those little details matter, and I’m glad the quality, finish, packaging, and customer service all lived up to what you expected.

Thank you again for trusting Mirozza® and for sharing such a meaningful review. It truly means a lot.
