My mom has also purchased from Miss Vivi in the past, so we both had confidence in ordering again. Unfortunately, my experience has completely changed due to the lack of professionalism and complete lack of communication. Over the past several days, I’ve sent three emails asking about the status of my order and have not received a single response. When I check the tracking information, it simply says “Status Unknown,” with the last update being over a week ago. I specifically placed my order early in July because I was hoping to wear some of these pieces on a trip in August. I’m now about to leave, with no certainty that I’ll receive my order, no meaningful tracking updates, no response from the seller, and no refund. It’s especially unfortunate because I was a returning customer who had previously had a wonderful experience. I expected much better communication, particularly after making a significant purchase. The complete lack of responsiveness and effort to address this situation has been extremely disappointing. I hope Miss Vivi begins providing the level of customer care and communication that her patrons deserve. ### ★★★★★ Great styles and prices! - Rachel · 2026-03-13 · 已验证 This is my second purchase from Miss Vivi Jewelry. Good quality, easy to put in, click in, and take out. There was even a bonus septum ring thrown in and a nice little storage box. Arrived in a December decent time as well. I rarely review businesses, but in a time where many of us are trying to avoid Amazon, it's important to share with folks what positive experiences we have with smaller businesses. ### ★☆☆☆☆ Reaction to nose jewelry - Mslang · 2025-03-17 · 已验证 I fear my redness and peeling around my nostril is due to this nose ring !
