Here is the actual policy..... Thank you for expressing your intention to return the item.We are her e to help you with this matter. According to our return policy, customers need to return the unsatisfied goods at their own cost, return need time and cost, we will make you this return easier, To solve the problem, we came up with two solutions. 1. Fit as expected. ### ★★★☆☆ The coupons do not apply - Scott Thein · 2026-08-07 The products are great; but I received a coupon in another email that showed the actual pants that I purchased with a coupon for 15% off. However, when I purchased your product; the 15% was disallowed because it wasn't applicable to the product I was buying. huh? Also, I spun a wheel and was to receive a 10% discount which never arrived ...So, two different tries and no discount ### ★★★★★ Very nice clothes - Kenneth Mccain · 2026-08-06 Very nice clothes ### ★★★★☆ Easy to shop and find what i wanted but… - Brian Ledis · 2026-08-06 Easy to shop and find what i wanted but product images dont show the clothing from all angles only one angle. Ordered two shirts of the same make and style in two different colors both 2XL. Package finally shows up from China. One shirt was the proper size the second shirt of the same make and style but different color was a medium. Contacted customer support, traded some emails and sent pictures to show the issue and then NOTHING. Total ghost move. All I want is the size of shirt that I paid for. ### ★★★★☆ Holding on to that last star til I see… - Kathy · 2026-07-31 Holding on to that last star til I see the product! They remind me of the most comfortable shorts I had when I was in my 20s. The style disappeared. Then, a few weeks ago, I opened up my emails and there was a email featuring the same style courderoy shorts. I bought 3 pairs today. The ordering experience was just “ok”, due to my size is in between XXL & XXXL and you only get to choose one method for shipping, but no big deal. Just waiting for the order now. I know I gave them 5 stars, which will remain, unless there is an issue upon receiving my order. ### ★★★★★ Fast shipping and the clothes are… - Dave Kerrek · 2026-07-06 Fast shipping and the clothes are really good quality!
