I wasn’t able to return an item that was not suitable.

### ★★☆☆☆ Not What I Hoped For!
- Sherry Lynne Easthom · 2026-10-03

I was disappointed when I received my order. There was advertising which I looked at and I was hopeful that the "coat" was as seemed. The 2 things I got were not coats, or anything like the advertising. The two things were the right colours but that is about all. The "sweaters" were cardigans and light body. ### ★☆☆☆☆ Disappointed
- Denise · 2026-09-22

Disappointed. The quality of the dress I received, looks nothing like the video on your website. The material looks like a polyester, not a flowy chiffon material. I'm glad I only bought one item off your website first, as I was going to order the floral cuffs dress after, but not now.

- Janine Silk · 2026-09-12

Arrived sooner than I expected. I thought it was a shirt dress with button on front but maybe just my assumption.
