Congrats on passing your exam, and thank you so much for this WONDERFUL review!
We're very sorry to hear about your poor experience with our products. Please know that our Customer Support team is always here to help.
Thanks so much for the review!
Thanks so much for this awesome review!
We are so sorry for your SHRM practice test experience, Alex. It's of course never our intention for there to be a connectivity issue with a practice test, and you of course did the right thing trying to contact our Customer Support team. I have no idea what happened or why no one helped you, but I sincerely apologize for the lack of response. Thankfully it looks like you decided to also email us (after we failed to chat with you) and that we emailed you back within 15 minutes. It also looks like later that day we *were* able to recover your test results and get them to you, but we never heard back from you. Did you successfully recover those test results as we anticipated?
We're so sorry you had such a poor experience with us, Mandy. From our communication history, it looks like you reached out to us on May 25 about correcting the mailing address you provided and we reached back out to you within 4 hours of that. Then it looks like you reached out to us again on Jun 3 after business hours and we responded shortly after business hours began the next day, providing your tracking information, but it looks like at that point the package had been delivered. We are sorry for any confusion or frustration we've caused you in trying to ensure your package got to where it was supposed to go. If there's anything we can do to help, please let us know.
Thanks so much for your review!
This is such a WONDERFUL review! It warms my hear to read it—thanks so much for sharing!
We're very sorry for any confusion or frustration we've caused you with the lack of practice questions. It looks like you've already reach out to our Customer Support team for help, so thank you for doing that.

Thanks for your kind review. Best of luck on your CNA state exam, and happy studying!
WOW! This is a wonderful review! Thank you SO MUCH for sharing!
This is such a wonderful review, thank you so much for sharing! Best of luck on your TSI, and happy studying!
