I'm new to Padel but play various racket sports so picked up the basics fairly quickly. The racket was certainly a big help - sturdy grip, could get top spin out of it and slicing on my serves. I'm looking forward to playing again tomorrow and can certainly recommend the Sienna - it also looks great! > 商家回复 (2026-10-13): Hi Dominic, thanks so much and a belated happy birthday! Great to hear the Sienna helped you pick up padel so quickly, especially with the spin and slice on your serves. Have a great game tomorrow! The Moné Padel team ### ★★★★★ Really like the product - Andrew Campbell · 2026-10-12 Really like the product. The racket has a clean look and I like the quality. My package showed up within the shipping window quoted. No crazy long delays like some other online businesses. > 商家回复 (2026-10-13): Thank you for the great review! We’re glad you’re enjoying the look and quality, and that delivery arrived right on time. Enjoy your new racket on court! The Moné Padel team ### ★☆☆☆☆ Unable to get a response regarding a… - Tamika Robinson · 2026-09-27 Unable to get a response regarding a return I purchased a Sailor padel racket from Mone Padel on 27/08/26 (order MP-1083), which was delivered on 07/09/26. As the item was unused and unopened, I contacted Mone Padel within their stated 14-day return period to request a return, following the instructions in their return policy. Unfortunately, I have received no response to my initial email. I then sent a follow-up, but I still haven’t heard anything. I’m disappointed that I have been unable to get a response regarding a straightforward return request, particularly when I contacted them within the timeframe specified in their own return policy. I hope Mone Padel sees this review and gets in touch so that the return can be resolved. > 商家回复 (2026-10-09): Hi Tamika, Thank you for your feedback, and please accept our sincere apologies for the delay in getting back to you. Unfortunately, your emails were filtered into our spam folder, which is why they did not reach us as they should have. We’re sorry for the frustration this caused, especially as you followed our return policy correctly. We have now replied to you by email with your return approval and the full steps for your refund. If you have any questions, please reply to that email and we’ll take care of it right away. Kind regards, Moné Padel ### ★★★☆☆ zero ball output - SARAH · 2026-05-02 The delivery was ok, the box came all mashed up but I guess that’s the shippers problem. The racket itself is stunning - but it’s not a great playing racket. 3 minutes into the game and I switched back to my old one. I’m not a professional at padel therefore the complete zero ball output was unforgiving. > 商家回复 (2026-10-09): Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback, and we’re glad you love the look of the racket. We’re also sorry to hear the box arrived damaged; we’ll raise this with our courier partner. Our rackets are designed with a strong focus on control rather than power. The lower ball output is intentional: it gives players more precision and feel, which makes them ideal for beginner and intermediate players who are keen to learn the mechanics of the game and build solid technique. It can take a few sessions to adjust, especially coming from a more power-oriented racket, but many players find their placement and consistency improve as they get used to it. If you’d like any tips on getting the most out of your racket, or have any other questions, please get in touch at info@monepadel.com and we’ll be happy to help. Kind regards, Moné Padel ### ★★★★★ Everything about the brand stood out to… - Christian Chung · 2026-02-21 Everything about the brand stood out to me.
