Thank you for your feedback. We understand your concern regarding tracking information. Once an order ships, the tracking number provided is generated directly through the carrier’s system and will always identify the shipping provider handling the package (such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.). In some cases, tracking may not immediately show movement until the carrier scans the package into their network, but it is still valid and active. We do not alter or fabricate tracking details, and all shipments are handed off to the appropriate carrier for delivery. If you’re still having trouble seeing updates, we’re happy to help review the tracking for you. Just let us know. Thanks for your feedback!

Thank you for your review! We're glad you found our website easy to use, received your order quickly, and that the part fit and worked perfectly. We appreciate your business and look forward to helping you again in the future!

Thank you for your feedback. We reviewed your order and found that the item purchased was our blemished listing, which is discounted because it includes only one anti-tip wheel rather than a complete set. The product description notes that the set is incomplete, and it appears this may have been confused with our standard listing for a full two-wheel set, at $18.99. We're glad the wheel you received was the one needed for the repair, and we appreciate you bringing your experience to our attention.

Thank you for your review! We're happy to hear the product worked perfectly for your needs! We appreciate your business and hope to serve you again in the future!
